📦 Will my order be shipped the same day?
Yes, if you place your order before 15:00 (3 PM), we usually ship it the same day (on weekdays).
💳 I paid with Swish – why does it still say “waiting for payment”?
We check incoming payments:
- Weekdays: up to 3 times per day
- Weekends: up to 2 times per day
If your payment has not been registered within 24 hours, please contact us and we will assist you.
📬 I ordered a small thin item and received a “useless paper ball” as well?
Letters sent via PostNord must be at least 1 cm thick to pass through sorting machines.
That’s why we sometimes add extra filling material to ensure your shipment arrives without issues.
📞 Can I call you?
We currently do not offer phone support.
Please contact us via email – we respond as quickly as possible.
We also save questions and answers (anonymously) so they can help other customers.
🧾 Why didn’t I receive a packing slip?
You can always find your order digitally by logging into your account.
To reduce paper usage, we only include the essentials:
- Padded envelope
- Address label
- Small sender label
All other information is stored digitally.
📍 Can I pick up my order in Skene?
Yes, pickup is available via our pickup box.
