Information about this module is generated with the help of AI. The description may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change.
The MCU-3221 is a measurement module based on the INA3221, capable of monitoring current and voltage on three independent channels simultaneously. Using an I2C interface, it is ideal for monitoring batteries, power supplies, solar power systems, and other DC applications where multiple power rails need to be measured.
Each channel measures both bus voltage and current through a shunt resistor, allowing a microcontroller to calculate power consumption and energy usage. The module is compatible with Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, and other platforms supporting I2C communication.
Its compact black PCB design makes it easy to integrate into prototypes as well as finished embedded systems.
These pins have corresponding LEDs on the board.
VS: Supply voltage indicator for the INA3221 (2.7–5.5 V).
PV: Power Valid indicator. Lights when the monitored voltage is outside the programmed limits.
C: Critical Alert indicator. Lights when a critical overcurrent condition is detected.
W: Warning Alert indicator. Lights when the programmed current warning threshold is exceeded.
TC: Timing Control indicator. Used to indicate power sequencing monitoring between multiple supply voltages.
